Lydia, hailing from Maryland, is captivated by the Key West vibe and loves paddle boarding and hitting the gym in her downtime. As Liz’s left-handed, “right-hand”, she shines in her favorite services—hair extensions and High contrasting color. Lydia put herself through college working at Sport Clips while earning her degree in early child development and social work. A true gym rat with a vibrant personality, she balances her passion for meditation, eclectic style, and personal growth with her dynamic role in the salon.
Liz @lizstricker_extensionsLiz, the owner of Avenue Salon, has been passionate about hair since the age of 3 and now specializes in multiple methods of hair extensions, including k-tips and wefts. She’s obsessed with perfecting blonde hair, gray blending, and ensuring you absolutely love your extensions. When she’s not running the salon, Liz enjoys spending time with her kids and is deeply involved in the autism community, driven by her commitment to raising awareness and fostering inclusivity for her six-year-old son with autism. Her “downtime” is filled with outrageously complicated DIY projects while listening to podcasts, and binge-watching British TV while pretending to fold laundry.
